Originally
conceived as a Corporate Sponsorship level, we changed this
to include anyone with a contribution over $1,000 a few years
ago — and we are honored and pleased at how many folks
reach deeply into their pockets to add to the bottom line.
For businesses, we try to give a much visibility as possible
— understanding the value of marketing to this diverse
group and showing a return on that investment up the corporate
ladder. In addition to our thanks (we can’t thank anyone
enough), you will receive special recognition. A new Gold
Level allows us to better recognize contributions over
$1,000 with larger logo placement.
This year,
in an effort to trim our expenses, we are consolidating the
invitation and poster -- and we can't promise that the gift
bag won't be nixed to meet the budget.
All sponsors
receive:

on invitation poster (mailed to over 3.000 and displayed
at over 100 establishments)

in advertising in Letters from CAMP (August-September
issues), The Beach Paper and Cape
Gazette (over 50,000 impressions)

More and
more, members of the community want to show their support
above and beyond the individual Host listing. Those generous
souls contributing $500-999 achieve Supporter status (such
a boring name, yawn, we should call you dolls, angels, sunbeams!).
Gold Level supporters donate over $750 and receive
extra special recognition. Some special perks for individuals
and/or your business include:
- two
(2) tickets to the auction
- two
(2) tickets to the dance
- two
(2) t-shirts
- your
name(s) listed on the event materials (invitation posters
to over 3,000 names, posters in 100 establishments, event
program for all attendees)
- your
name(s) listed on a special page on the Web site

Last year
over 500 individuals and businesses signed up as Hosts of
the SUNDANCE event. The new Gold Level lets you push
your donation up just a little and receive some special recognition
($300). But for a mere $100 donation, you receive:
- one
(1) ticket to the auction
- one
(1) ticket to the dance
- one
(1) t-shirt and
- one
name listed (that’s one person or business per $100
contribution, please) on the event materials (invitation
posters to over 3,000 names, posters in 100 establishments,
event program for all attendees).
